In this role, you’ll be responsible for verifying candidates’ employment, education, professional references, and licensure to ensure client hiring standards are met. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to verify candidate-provided education, employment, and references
• Conduct internet research to confirm educational background and work history
• Email schools, employers, and professional organizations for verification
• Interview professional references over the phone
• Field inbound calls for the Verifications Department
• Review, document, and complete verification tasks in alignment with client needs
• Maintain administrative duties tied to verification workflows
• Accurately document all findings and updates using internal systems
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in U.S.-based verification
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone presence
• Comfortable with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask across browsers, tabs, and software platforms
• Internet research-savvy and types at least 45 WPM
• Must be amenable to work U.S. timezone hours
