📋 What You’ll Own
Finance & Tax Support
• Maintain QuickBooks for accurate income/expense tracking
• Categorize and manage business and personal expenses
• Coordinate with client and tax professionals for filings
• Create financial reports and suggest efficiency improvements
Admin & Organization
• Manage calendars, to-do lists, and scheduling
• Oversee service provider relationships
• Maintain CRM systems and task tracking
Digital & Business Support
• Research trade shows and events (2024–2025)

• Manage social media accounts

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred

• Understanding of basic tax planning principles
