As a Virtual Assistant for the Fulfillment team, you’ll play a key support role—managing communication, organizing documents, and keeping operations flowing as we scale a global crypto education platform.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and triage emails and comms for the Brand Ambassador
• Draft reports, presentations, and general admin documents
• Escalate and follow up on client inquiries
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients and team
• Support scheduling, file organization, and day-to-day fulfillment tasks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Resume must be submitted in English
• Native or professional-level English fluency
• Must reside in South America
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with DeFi or crypto is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• High school diploma required; additional admin qualifications a plus
