B12 is hiring a freelance Web Designer to refine and enhance AI-generated websites for small and midsize businesses. You’ll use B12’s in-house Design Suite—built for both WYSIWYG simplicity and custom code control—to transform raw site drafts into clean, client-ready digital experiences. If responsive layout, user flow, and crisp design are your zone, this is your project lane.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Polish and finalize AI-generated site drafts into functional, responsive designs
• Translate customer briefs across diverse industries
• Collaborate with designers and client success via Slack
• Tackle a mix of quick-turn edits and deeper revamps
• Support the evolution of B12’s Design Suite and internal tool, Orchestra
• Handle multiple rotating projects as feedback rolls in
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of hands-on web design experience
• 1–2 years working with HTML and CSS
• Strong written communication in English
• Desktop + mobile design fluency
• Comfortable working with minimal content or rough direction
• Open to critique but confident in defending design choices
• Self-motivated, detail-driven, and excited to grow with a mission
• Curious about new tools and open to iterative workflows
💻 Remote Requirements
• At least 10 hours/week availability
• Reliable home internet and workstation
