🧾 About the Role
B12 is looking for a freelance Web Designer to help create and enhance websites for small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll use B12’s internal Design Suite—built with both WYSIWYG and custom code options—to refine AI-generated drafts into polished, client-ready sites. If you love turning content into clean, responsive web experiences, this is your lane.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Turn AI-drafted sites into pixel-perfect, responsive websites
• Review and interpret customer briefs from a range of industries
• Collaborate with customer success and fellow designers via Slack
• Complete enhancement requests, from quick changes to deeper redesigns
• Help shape B12’s Design Suite and open-source workflow tool, Orchestra
• Manage multiple clients/projects in rotation as feedback rolls in
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of web design experience
• 1–2 years of HTML/CSS experience
• Strong written English communication skills
• Desktop and mobile design fluency
• Comfortable building from minimal content and loose direction
• Receptive to feedback and capable of defending your design decisions
• Enthusiastic about meaningful, high-impact work
• Excited to learn new systems and build inside evolving tools
💻 Remote Requirements
• Minimum 10 hours/week availability
• Strong, reliable internet connection and setup
• Ability to manage workflow independently and ask the right questions
