🧾 About the Role
Lightboard is seeking a freelance Webflow Developer to join their remote creative team. You’ll work with an art director and account manager to build high-quality, responsive websites and email templates for B2B clients ranging from startups to enterprise brands. This is a contract position offering flexible hours (10–40 per week) and collaborative support.


Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain marketing websites in Webflow
• Translate approved mockups into responsive site builds
• Collaborate with art directors and account managers
• Adapt designs to client feedback and browser performance
• Build email templates in tools like Marketo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
• Ensure email and site compatibility across all devices (using tools like Litmus)
• Deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-ready, conversion-focused digital products


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent communication and time management
• Experience with Webflow and WordPress
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Comfort designing or adjusting small visual components on the fly
• Experience with email template building (code or visual builders)
• Freelance availability (not moonlighting from another full-time job)
• Based in the United States
