🧾 About the Role
Lightboard is looking for a Webflow-savvy freelance developer to help transform client websites into crisp, responsive digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with art directors and account managers to deliver clean builds from approved mockups—but your creative input is welcome, too. This is a flexible contract opportunity (10 to 40 hours per week) for a detail-oriented developer with design instincts and strong communication.

• Design-first team culture with strong support from art directors and account managers
📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop responsive marketing websites in Webflow
• Collaborate with art directors to execute pixel-perfect builds
• Use design judgment when mockups fall short or need adjustment
• Build hand-coded and builder-based email templates (Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
• Test websites and emails thoroughly using tools like Litmus
• Occasionally work on landing pages in platforms like Unbounce or InstaPage
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Demonstrated experience with Webflow and WordPress
• Strong grasp of HTML and CSS fundamentals
• Experience building and testing email templates
• Superb time management and communication skills
• Full-time freelancer (not moonlighting from another job)
• U.S.-based
💻 Remote Requirements
• Self-motivated and reliable with a solid home setup
• Comfortable working independently and communicating asynchronously
• Ability to adapt quickly when projects shift or clients request changes
💡 Why It’s a Win for Freelancers
• Creative freedom to improve designs and solve problems
• Clear design direction and project support from experienced team
• Work with thoughtful clients who value quality over speed
• Flexible hours to fit your freelance rhythm
• Opportunity to sharpen your Webflow chops while making a real impact
