Join Kohler Co., a global leader in design and innovation, as a key voice supporting customers with product selection, installation, troubleshooting, and order placement for our Kohler and Sterling plumbing lines. You’ll deliver exceptional service over the phone, solve problems with empathy, and guide customers to the right solutions.
📞 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and walk customers or trade pros through step-by-step installation or repair
- Navigate multiple tools (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Workbrain, etc.)
- Provide technical product guidance using diagrams and specs
- Track orders, process returns, and upsell products/accessories when appropriate
- Report trends and customer issues to engineering and quality teams
- Support cross-functional tasks and department initiatives
✅ Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience (Call center preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams and comprehend product specs
- Must complete Kohler’s internal Brand Ambassador Program
🏠 Remote Work Requirements
- Hard-wired internet (10 Mbps minimum) – No Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile data
- Quiet, distraction-free, confidential workspace
- Must be available during Monday–Friday business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST)
