Benepass is on a mission to reimagine how companies take care of their people by making benefits flexible, personalized, and easy to use. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our growing CX team, the front line in delivering exceptional support to our customers and end users. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling heard and supported.


âś… Position Highlights
• Pay: $67,000 base + equity
• Employment: Full-time
• Location: Remote (U.S. only)
• Schedule: Must be able to work evenings/weekends as needed

📋 What You’ll Own
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and live chat
• Learn and navigate Benepass systems to troubleshoot problems quickly
• Provide feedback on common issues and trends to improve the customer experience
• Uphold performance standards while going above and beyond for users


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with G Suite and Slack
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfort reviewing and analyzing basic data
• Proactive, self-starting mindset


✨ Nice-to-Have Skills
• Startup experience
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom
• Bilingual fluency
