We’re seeking a Customer Support Associate to help enrolled learners succeed from start to finish. This is a proactive engagement role (not technical support) where you’ll guide students, encourage participation, and help them stay on track toward completing their programs.

• Pay: $45,000–$50,000/year + benefits

• Location: Remote (U.S. only)
• Schedule: 8 AM – 4 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to welcome learners, remind them of milestones, and encourage engagement
• Follow up with inactive learners to address challenges and provide solutions
• Log interactions and status updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate with internal teams to address learner needs
• Share learner feedback to improve the overall experience
• Collect and manage learner testimonials
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in customer support, customer service, or learner engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone presence
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and learner-focused
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (plus)
