We’re looking for a full-time Student Advisor to connect with prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the Fullstack programs that will help them succeed. You’ll serve as an inspiring first point of contact, helping people envision new career possibilities through tech education.

• Pay: $45,000/year

• Location: Remote (U.S. only)
• Reports to: Enrollment Manager

📋 What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students interested in Fullstack programs
• Assess student goals, interests, and readiness to determine program fit
• Clearly explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes
• Follow up with prospective students, providing resources and reminders about dates and deadlines
• Keep detailed CRM records of all student interactions
• Meet enrollment goals and collaborate with the advising team to improve outreach strategies
• Deliver occasional virtual presentations and support marketing initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in outbound sales or enrollment advising
• Engaging, genuine phone communication style
• Goal-driven, with a high degree of ownership over results
• Ability to connect student needs with program benefits in real time
• Passion for education, technology, and helping others improve their lives
💡 Bonus Points
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Prior EdTech or B2C sales experience
• Remote team collaboration experience
