Content Allies is on the hunt for a detail-oriented, podcast-savvy creative to help us build and manage B2B podcasts that generate real revenue. You’ll work closely with our CEO and veteran producers, guiding clients from idea to launch and beyond. If you’ve ever wanted to help brands tell their stories through sound—this is your cue.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as Associate Producer for 10+ client podcasts
• Help conceptualize show names, podcast strategy, and creative direction
• Write show copy, episode scripts, sponsor plugs, and web copy
• Collaborate with designers on artwork and branding
• Guide clients through onboarding and podcast launches
• Coordinate with our internal guest scheduling team
• Offer feedback on episodes and help shape long-term success
• Maintain quality control and ensure all tasks are completed per checklist
• Eventually step into a Lead Producer role and manage accounts independently
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience producing podcasts (yours or clients’)
• Background in audio production + client management
• Excellent writing skills—scripts, promos, and copy
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-obsessed
• Naturally curious and people-oriented
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Empathetic and client-focused
• Comfortable in fast-paced, remote startup environments
• Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
