🧾 About the Role
Content Allies is looking for a creative, detail-driven Podcast Producer with experience in podcast production, client management, and content strategy. You’ll partner directly with the CEO in onboarding and developing high-level B2B podcasts for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. This is a full-time, remote role with growth potential into a Lead Producer position within 6–12 months.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Assist in onboarding clients and building custom podcast strategies
• Lead project management for up to 10 accounts as Associate Producer
• Write copy for podcast scripts, intros/outros, and websites
• Conceptualize podcast names, themes, and creative directions
• Coordinate with design, guest scheduling, and production teams
• Oversee launch and guest promotion workflows
• Monitor episode quality and provide client feedback
• Ensure podcast performance supports client business goals
• Eventually grow into a Lead Producer role and own full client relationships


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years experience producing podcasts (independently or for clients)
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative problem-solver who loves improving systems
• Curious about B2B, marketing, and podcasting trends
• Strong writing chops (copywriting, scripting, metadata, etc.)
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
• Empathetic, reliable, and growth-minded
