🧾 About the Role
Sporty Group is hiring a creative and driven Motion Designer to help expand our visual storytelling across marketing and social media platforms. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our expansion in Latin America while contributing to existing markets. This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in Europe or LATAM.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design motion graphics and ads for marketing campaigns, Google Ads, and social media
• Collaborate across brand, marketing, and performance teams to align visual content with business goals
• Manage design projects from concept through execution
• Help guide design recruitment and talent sourcing
• Stay ahead of design trends and new tools
• Incorporate data and insights into visual storytelling
• Create Playable Ads using tools like Unity, Google Web Designer, or HTML5 frameworks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Proven motion design experience with a strong portfolio
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Experience with interactive/Playable Ads (preferred)
• Knowledge of platforms like Unity, GDevelop, or Google Web Designer is a plus
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about innovation
• Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for design
