🧾 About the Role
Clipboard Health is changing how healthcare works—connecting nurses and medical professionals with facilities that urgently need them. As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be the first real human voice they hear after signing up. Your job? Help them cross the finish line to take that first shift—fast, confidently, and without friction.
This is not cold calling. Everyone you speak to already signed up and wants to work. You’re their guide, their support system, their “you got this!” voice. You’ll call, consult, cheerlead, troubleshoot, and document—all while helping heroes get to work.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
• 📞 Make ~75 welcome calls per day to newly signed-up healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• 💬 Host ~7 pre-booked onboarding consults (15 minutes each)
• 📧 Follow up with emails and texts to answer questions and remove barriers
• 📨 Respond to inbound messages and support tickets
• 📝 Maintain clear, organized documentation of every interaction
• 🤝 Serve as a trusted partner to HCPs—boosting confidence, offering clarity, and helping them feel ready to work
