Content Allies, a B2B podcast production agency under inBeat Agency, is hiring a Public Relations & Podcast Coordinator. This role is about more than logistics—it’s about high-touch communication, thoughtful scheduling, and being the voice of our clients when interfacing with high-level guests, including C-suite executives. You’ll work within our outreach and scheduling systems to manage podcast guest bookings across multiple client accounts.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to cold outreach campaign replies and schedule guest interviews
• Coordinate calendars between hosts and guests
• Send email introductions and handle all communication logistics
• Track bookings and podcast production details in Airtable
• Collaborate with the Smartlead.ai tool for outreach management
• Ensure client podcasts are regularly filled with high-quality guests
• Improve and refine internal guest booking processes over time
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Strong email etiquette with C-Suite-level professionalism
• Familiarity with cold outreach or podcast booking preferred
• Comfortable following routines and handling similar tasks daily
• A positive, proactive attitude and team-first mindset
• Experience with PR or podcast coordination is ideal
• Familiarity with Smartlead, Airtable, or similar tools is a plus (training provided)
