Content Allies, a subsidiary of inBeat Agency, is seeking a sharp and reliable Public Relations & Podcast Coordinator to help book world-class guests for our B2B podcast clients. This is a client-facing, logistics-driven role for someone who loves being in the inbox, thrives on routine, and knows how to finesse high-profile communication with ease.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage podcast guest scheduling for 10–15 client accounts
• Handle all email communication with potential guests
• Coordinate calendars and send guest-host introductions
• Update Airtable podcast calendars and maintain campaign accuracy
• Assist with cold email outreach campaigns using Smartlead.ai
• Operate within existing systems and help optimize them
• Maintain professionalism in all communication, especially with executives

• Experience in PR, podcast booking, or scheduling
• Excellent written communication and email etiquette
• Detail-obsessed and highly organized
• Strong follow-through and reliability
• Comfortable interacting with high-level professionals

• Able to work at least 4 of 5 weekdays consistently
