ModSquad is partnering with a top-tier global music streaming service and we’re building a team of bilingual customer support pros to help fans get the most from their music experience.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- 💬 Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in German and English
- 🧠 Help users with tech/account issues using clear, empathetic communication
- 🎶 Offer tips and guidance for streaming optimization
- 💡 Strengthen brand loyalty through warm, solution-first service
✅ What You Bring
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- 🔄 Able to juggle 3–5 chats at once
- 🎧 Passion for music and helping others
- 🤝 Prior experience in a fast-paced support role
- 💬 Strong people skills with a clear, calm communication style
- Willing to take language assessments (German & English)
🕰️ Orientation & Hours (Pacific Time)
🔹 Orientation Phase (8 weeks)
- Phase 1: 4 weeks | 4 AM–1 PM
- Phase 2: 4 weeks | Self-scheduled between 9 AM–10 PM
🔹 Production Hours
- Daily, 9 AM–10 PM PT
📌 You’ll need to commit to:
- 25 hours/week minimum
- 12 hours on weekends (Sat and/or Sun)
- 180-day project length

💻 Tech Requirements
- 💻 Windows 10+ laptop/desktop
- 📷 Webcam (must be used during orientation)
- 🧠 8 GB RAM minimum

- 📲 Must install ModSquad security software on computer & phone
- 🔁 Dual monitors highly recommended
