Lightboard is looking for a versatile, freelance designer to help shape the visual output of some of the most recognizable tech brands around. You’ll work on everything from brand refreshes and websites to presentations, PDFs, and social assets. If you’ve got a strong B2B design portfolio and a knack for balancing structure with creativity, this gig is built for you.

• Freelance contract: 10–30 hours/week
• Pay: $35–$65/hr based on experience and quality
• Fully remote, U.S.-based only
• Work with growth-stage tech brands (GitHub, Autodesk, Microsoft)
• Projects range from website design to branding and slide decks
• No weekend or after-hours work required
📋 What You’ll Own
• Create high-quality marketing design: websites, decks, PDFs, social graphics, and more
• Execute brand refreshes, layout systems, and clean, consistent collateral
• Deliver polished presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote
• Optionally contribute to emails or landing pages, especially if you’ve got Webflow chops
• Collaborate with creative service managers and design peers on multi-phase projects
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent communication and time management
• Expertise in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Sketch and Figma a plus)
• Experience designing clean, on-brand B2B materials
• Killer portfolio showing range across web, brand, and marketing
• Comfort working solo and as part of a creative team
• Full-time freelancer (not moonlighting from another job)
