B12 is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead and elevate the end-to-end design of their AI-powered platform. This is a high-impact, remote position where you’ll drive user-centered design across new and existing product experiences. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to shape intuitive, meaningful tools for small business users.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design entirely new product experiences and improve existing ones
• Lead design challenges that span multiple features or teams
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, and prototypes
• QA and review your work post-implementation to ensure fidelity
• Support engineers during handoff and rollout
• Contribute to the evolution of B12’s design system
• Conduct research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to define the product’s future
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5–8 years of experience in product design
• End-to-end design ownership—from concept to deployment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in Figma (bonus: interest in AI design tools)
• Experience in web design and designing for responsive platforms
• Detail-oriented and data-informed in your decision-making
• Background in working with teams in high-growth, remote environments
• Degree in Design or related experience (BA/BS/BFA or equivalent)
