👩💻 About the Role
You’re the friendly first responder for healthcare professionals getting started on our platform. You’ll help them submit documents, meet compliance requirements, and start working faster and safer.
You’ll work across email, chat, and phone, acting as the go-to guide for new workers while ensuring everything is accurate, complete, and up to regulatory standards.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Communication
• Help professionals submit required documents
• Explain compliance steps with clarity and empathy
• Respond via chat, phone, and email
Document Validation & Compliance
• Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and expiration
• Tag and log submissions properly within internal systems
Issue Resolution & Escalation
• Catch errors or inconsistencies and escalate when needed
• Keep detailed notes for transparency and audit trails
Process & Data Accuracy
• Follow SOPs, use checklists, and update tickets promptly
• Spot trends or common errors and flag for process improvement
Collaboration
• Work with QA, Training, and SMEs to refine the onboarding process
• Stay aligned with team goals while working independently

✔️ Experience in customer support, document review, compliance, credentialing, or trust & safety
✔️ Strong attention to detail—you notice what others miss
✔️ Comfortable making fast, sound decisions under pressure
✔️ Professional, clear communicator (verbal + written)
✔️ Tech-savvy and quick with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, and ticketing systems
✔️ Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
✔️ Open to giving/receiving feedback and working as a team
