🧾 About the Role
Van Wagenen, a division of One80 Intermediaries, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English. You’ll be the front line for customers across the U.S. and Canada, handling insurance-related inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
✅ Position Highlights
• $16–$20/hour (estimated based on market)
• Full-Time | Remote (U.S. only)
• Training provided (first 2 weeks)
• Schedule Options:
– Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CT
– Tues–Fri, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM + Sat, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CT
📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound/outbound calls from customers, agents, and clients
• Provide accurate info on insurance-related topics
• Ensure timely follow-ups and complete account updates
• Process policy documents and escalate issues when needed
• Support other departments based on workflow
• Maintain data confidentiality and compliance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
