Content Allies is looking for a resourceful, organized, and proactive HR Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance for our global remote team. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule, but applicants must be based outside the U.S. Monthly compensation ranges from $800–$1,200 USD, depending on experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Recruitment & Hiring: Write job descriptions, post listings, screen applicants, and facilitate hiring
• Onboarding: Lead new hires through orientation, training, and paperwork
• Benefits & Compensation: Administer benefit plans, answer questions, maintain pay equity
• Performance Management: Manage employee evaluations and feedback cycles
• Employee Relations: Handle workplace issues, resolve conflicts, conduct internal investigations
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
• Payroll: Run payroll using Wise and Gusto for full-time and hourly team members
• HR Data & Records: Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, and HR databases
• Training & Development: Identify team needs and facilitate ongoing growth opportunities
• Policy Creation: Build and refine HR policies that reflect the company’s values


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, proactive communication style
• Confident using tools like Gusto, Wise, Airtable, Google Workspace
• Understanding of international HR practices a plus
• Ability to work independently while supporting a distributed team
• Growth-minded, empathetic, and dependable
