This full-time remote role covers the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—using Teamtailor (ATS). 📋 What You’ll Own
• Source and reach out to top talent across platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Manage all recruitment activity in Teamtailor
• Coordinate interviews, reminders, and follow-ups
• Draft offer letters and assist with hiring documentation
• Support HR in onboarding and internal team introductions
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
• Track hiring metrics to stay on top of goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3 years of recruitment, sourcing, or HR admin experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Familiar with ATS platforms (Teamtailor preferred)
• Detail-driven and highly organized
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable managing tasks across time zones
