π The Role
Weβre seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our RightwayRx Operations Team. This team member will support members and providers with inquiries related to benefits, claim adjudication, and utilization management. Reporting to the Sr. Director of PBM Operations, youβll help us deliver fairness, transparency, and excellence in pharmacy support.
πΌ What Youβll Do
- π Handle inbound/outbound calls and electronic inquiries from members and providers
- π§ Assist with claim troubleshooting, adjudication issues, and benefit clarification
- π Accurately document call resolutions using call-tracking protocols
- π‘ Act as a customer advocate, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and clearly
- π₯ Help pharmacies process claims accurately within benefit guidelines
- π€ Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
- π Take on additional duties or projects as needed
π§βπΌ Who You Are
- π Education: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- π³ Certifications: Active National PTCB or NHA Certification (Required)
- πΌ Experience: 3β5 years in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
- π§ Strengths: Detail-oriented, empathetic, resourceful, analytical, and proactive
- π£ Communication: Clear, concise, and confident in all forms of interaction
- π Adaptable: Comfortable navigating change, solving problems, and thinking critically

- Hourly Rate: $21β$22/hr
- Location-based compensation may apply
