As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the frontline hero for over 60,000 healthcare professionals navigating our marketplace. ✅ What You’ll Do
• Deliver fast, human, and helpful support across chat, email, and voice
• Resolve issues related to shifts, payments, onboarding, and app use
• Navigate Zendesk, Salesforce, and Google Workspace with ease
• Investigate and problem-solve with sound judgment
• Personalize every interaction—address by name, proofread your replies, and speak with empathy
• Identify and escalate trends or system gaps to improve processes
• Support new users, boosting their confidence and reducing churn
• Embody Clipboard values: unreasonably fast, extreme ownership, uncomfortably high standards
🎯 What You Bring
• 4+ years in customer support roles (chat/voice/email)
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken & written)
• CRM experience (Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Comfortable with fast pace and frequent changes
• Strong critical thinking, initiative, and follow-through
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Team-first mindset with a high personal standard
📅 Schedule & System Requirements
• 5-day work week within a 7-day window (including weekends)
• Shifts assigned based on business needs
• Must have:
• 15Mbps+ wired internet
• i5 processor or better
• 12GB RAM minimum
• Quiet home office setup
