This is a remote, contract-based opportunity where your domain knowledge will power AI training and evaluation at scale.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Simulate realistic customer support interactions
• Evaluate and correct model performance on live chat, email, voice, and ticketing scenarios
• Diagnose reasoning flaws, tone mismatches, and gaps in AI responses
• Provide structured feedback to improve model behavior and prompt engineering
• Help build smarter AI for technical walk-throughs, billing inquiries, de-escalation, and upselling
🎯 Ideal Background
• 2+ years in customer service, call centers, or tech support
• Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.
• Expert in tone calibration, empathy-driven communication, and CRM navigation
• Strong written communication and ability to “show your work” clearly
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, communications, or similar
