📞 Client Outreach
- Reach out to clients via calls, texts, and emails to guide them through key processes like document completion, invoice follow-ups, and service-related inquiries.
📄 Document Management
- Request and collect critical documents.
- Assist clients with form submissions and electronic signing.
- Double-check for accuracy and completeness.
💳 Invoice Follow-Up
- Alert clients to overdue invoices.
- Support them through payment processing.
- Clearly explain invoicing procedures and the company’s billing model.
🙋 Customer Support
- Answer inbound calls with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- Address questions about services, documents, and payments.
- Break down complex business processes into simple terms.
📚 Client Education & Training
- Help clients understand company policies, offerings, and the value of the service.
- Reinforce positive client relationships by becoming a trusted resource.

- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Communicator: Empathetic, articulate, and confident on the phone and in writing.
- Organized: Juggles multiple requests and timelines with ease.
- Tech-Comfortable: Can navigate basic computer tools and communication platforms without breaking a sweat.
- Adaptable: Thrives in fast-moving environments and learns quickly.
- Experienced: Prior customer service or support experience is a strong plus.
