🎯 What You’ll Do

📞 Client Outreach

  • Reach out to clients via calls, texts, and emails to guide them through key processes like document completion, invoice follow-ups, and service-related inquiries.

📄 Document Management

  • Request and collect critical documents.
  • Assist clients with form submissions and electronic signing.
  • Double-check for accuracy and completeness.

💳 Invoice Follow-Up

  • Alert clients to overdue invoices.
  • Support them through payment processing.
  • Clearly explain invoicing procedures and the company’s billing model.

🙋 Customer Support

  • Answer inbound calls with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Address questions about services, documents, and payments.
  • Break down complex business processes into simple terms.

📚 Client Education & Training

  • Help clients understand company policies, offerings, and the value of the service.
  • Reinforce positive client relationships by becoming a trusted resource.

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Communicator: Empathetic, articulate, and confident on the phone and in writing.
  • Organized: Juggles multiple requests and timelines with ease.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Can navigate basic computer tools and communication platforms without breaking a sweat.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-moving environments and learns quickly.
  • Experienced: Prior customer service or support experience is a strong plus.
