  • πŸ” Resolve Application Issues: Analyze and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 support
  • πŸ“ž Engage in Daily Ops Calls: Join stakeholders to discuss high-priority issues and updates
  • 🧠 Troubleshoot Systems: Handle PC setup, browser optimization, and network access issues
  • 🧾 Track via ServiceNow: Log and manage issues from open to close using VA’s ticketing platform

βœ… What You’ll Need

  • πŸŽ“ High School Diploma
  • πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience
  • 🌐 Familiarity with web-based apps, enterprise systems, and database tools
  • 🧾 Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL workflows

  • 🧰 Remote diagnostic skills and PC/browser troubleshooting ability
