π οΈ What Youβll Do
- π Resolve Application Issues: Analyze and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 support
- π Engage in Daily Ops Calls: Join stakeholders to discuss high-priority issues and updates
- π§ Troubleshoot Systems: Handle PC setup, browser optimization, and network access issues
- π§Ύ Track via ServiceNow: Log and manage issues from open to close using VAβs ticketing platform
β What Youβll Need
- π High School Diploma
- π§βπ» 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience
- π Familiarity with web-based apps, enterprise systems, and database tools
- π§Ύ Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL workflows
- π Commitment to confidentiality and information security
- π§° Remote diagnostic skills and PC/browser troubleshooting ability
