👥 About the Role
You’ll be a key player on our Success Engineering team, working with customers to understand their use cases, address their technical challenges, and translate those insights into actionable improvements. This is not a sales role—it’s 100% focused on helping users succeed.

🧩 What You’ll Do
- Coordinate communication plans with enterprise customers (touchpoints, trainings, ad-hoc meetings).
- Attend meetings to track technical issues, use cases, and follow-ups.
- Document meeting notes, summarize action items, and communicate with both internal teams and customers.
- Share user feedback with Product and Engineering to help improve Metabase.
- Maintain CRM and internal tools with accurate technical insights.
- Help shape how customers use our platform and get value from their data.
✅ You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Foundational technical knowledge, such as:
- SQL and database principles
- Data warehousing strategies
- Web application architecture
- Data visualization best practices
- Experience with data tools (bonus if you’ve used Metabase!)
🎁 Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Metabase or other BI platforms
- Prior exposure to open-source communities
- Fluency in multiple languages
