Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you’ll resolve claim rejections and clearinghouse errors to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Your work directly supports reproductive healthcare access across Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Resolve claim errors and rejections through Epic and the clearinghouse
• Resubmit claims promptly to meet timely filing deadlines
• Identify trends and root causes of recurring billing issues
• Support day-to-day clerical and administrative revenue cycle tasks
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Champion racial equity in healthcare access and billing transparency
• Communicate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Participate in process improvement and equity-centered practices
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Proficient in ICD-10, CPT coding, and medical terminology
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and related software
• Strong verbal/written communication and time management skills

• Medical Billing and Coding certification
• Experience using Epic, eCW, NextGen, or other PMS
• Associate degree or higher
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards
