🔍 Role Overview
As a Collections Account Manager, you’ll serve as the financial bridge between Clipboard Health and our partner facilities. You’ll manage account portfolios, resolve billing challenges, and ensure timely payments—all while delivering a frictionless, trustworthy experience.
This isn’t just billing support—it’s high-impact work that keeps healthcare operations running smoothly across the country.
✅ What You’ll Own
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead high-volume outbound outreach to collect overdue balances
• Resolve billing disputes and payment issues with professionalism and clarity
• Manage customer payments and remittance coordination
• Educate clients on invoicing processes and expectations
• Provide customer insights to improve internal billing workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on billing-related initiatives and pilots
🎯 What You Bring
• Background in billing, finance, collections, or account management
• Clear, professional communication skills—written and spoken
• Confidence handling complex conversations and payment negotiations
• Proactive mindset with a get-it-done attitude
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (regardless of your location)
• Bonus: Experience with healthcare customers or high-volume B2B collections
