🧾 About the Role
Clipboard Health is a high-growth Series C marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with on-demand work. As a Collections Account Manager, you’ll be the financial backbone for our facility partners—owning billing relationships, chasing overdue invoices, and resolving disputes to ensure cash flow and client satisfaction.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high volume of outbound communication, using both empathy and accuracy to manage billing conversations with professionalism.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Manage a portfolio of facility accounts with overdue balances
• Make high-volume outbound calls to collect past-due payments
• Resolve invoice disputes and clarify billing processes
• Educate healthcare partners on payment expectations and systems
• Build trust and rapport with providers and administrators
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing operations and resolve roadblocks
• Proactively identify recurring issues and escalate feedback
🎯 What Sets You Apart
• Experience in billing, collections, or account management (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication—verbal and written—with strong follow-up skills
• High sense of ownership, curiosity, and the drive to resolve issues
• Ability to work U.S. hours from your region

• Fluent in CRM tools, basic accounting systems, and collaborative platforms
