We’re hiring a Customer Care Advisor to join our high-performing remote support team. You’ll be on the frontlines of the GoodLeap experience—answering questions, solving problems, offering support, and guiding customers toward energy-saving solutions.

💰 Pay: $22/hr


🎯 What You’ll Do

  • 📞 Represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during customer calls
  • 💬 Deliver top-tier service via phone, email, and chat—answering questions, solving issues, and sharing solutions
  • 🧠 Recommend additional GoodLeap products and services when appropriate
  • ✍️ Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • 🚨 Escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • 👏 Contribute to a culture of positivity, learning, and performance

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • 🗓 Have 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales
