🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Answer incoming calls from patients and their families
• Triage concerns and direct to the proper department
• Provide empathetic, accurate information on services
• Resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• 6+ months of customer service experience

• Part-Time Schedule:
– Mon–Wed, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM EST
– Fri–Sat, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM EST
