๐ฏ The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, youโll serve on the front linesโhelping customers troubleshoot issues across web, mobile, and payment platforms. Youโll become an expert in our systems and play a critical role in delivering white-glove support with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
๐ง What Youโll Do
- ๐ Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and patience
- ๐ง Troubleshoot issues related to mobile apps, web platforms, and terminals
- ๐ป Use internal systems (Jira, Confluence, POS apps) to track and resolve issues
- ๐ค Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to resolve cases
- ๐ Learn and navigate multiple platforms including Benefits POS, i9000s terminals
- ๐ Demonstrate empathy and patience in every customer interaction
- ๐งฉ Cross-train across systems to expand your knowledge base
๐ง What You Bring
- ๐ High school diploma or equivalent
- ๐งฐ 1โ2 years of customer support experience (tech or healthcare a plus)
- ๐ฌ Bilingual preferred
- ๐ ๏ธ Experience with physical POS terminals, scanners, pin pads, etc.
- ๐งโ๐ป Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
- ๐ Quick learning abilities and strong organizational skills
- ๐ Understanding of common tech terms: POS, iOS, Android, VPN, frontend/backend
