๐ŸŽฏ The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, youโ€™ll serve on the front linesโ€”helping customers troubleshoot issues across web, mobile, and payment platforms. Youโ€™ll become an expert in our systems and play a critical role in delivering white-glove support with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.


๐Ÿ”ง What Youโ€™ll Do

  • ๐Ÿ“ž Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and patience
  • ๐Ÿง  Troubleshoot issues related to mobile apps, web platforms, and terminals
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Use internal systems (Jira, Confluence, POS apps) to track and resolve issues
  • ๐Ÿค Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to resolve cases
  • ๐Ÿ“š Learn and navigate multiple platforms including Benefits POS, i9000s terminals
  • ๐Ÿ‘‚ Demonstrate empathy and patience in every customer interaction
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Cross-train across systems to expand your knowledge base

๐Ÿง  What You Bring

  • ๐ŸŽ“ High school diploma or equivalent
  • ๐Ÿงฐ 1โ€“2 years of customer support experience (tech or healthcare a plus)
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Bilingual preferred
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Experience with physical POS terminals, scanners, pin pads, etc.
  • ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
  • ๐Ÿš€ Quick learning abilities and strong organizational skills
  • ๐ŸŒ Understanding of common tech terms: POS, iOS, Android, VPN, frontend/backend
