🎯 The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with members, brokers, and providers—delivering high-volume, high-quality support while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be part of our Member & Provider Services team, reporting to the Concierge Operations Manager. This role is fast-paced, purpose-driven, and fully remote.
💻 What You’ll Do
- 📞 Support customers across phone, email, and chat—delivering an empathetic, solution-oriented experience
- 📂 Manage a personal caseload and meet productivity + service quality targets
- 📊 Track and escalate issues to meet turnaround goals
- 🤝 Build strong working relationships across teams, including vendors and internal partners
- 🔍 Spot patterns, raise concerns, and support ongoing process improvement
- 🧾 Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- ✍️ Handle administrative back-office tasks that keep our member operations running
✅ What You Bring
- 📆 1+ years in a high-volume, customer-facing or production-based role
- 🏥 1+ years in healthcare or insurance support
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED
- 📊 Strong data entry and organizational skills
- 💡 Problem-solver with strong analytical instincts
- 🗣️ Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred

- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Comfort navigating and documenting in multiple systems

💰 Compensation & Benefits
