🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Deliver top-tier customer support via chat and email
• Become a product expert and troubleshoot user issues
• Manage multiple cases with calm precision and strong multitasking skills
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams in the U.S., EU, and Philippines
• Hit and exceed KPIs like CSAT and quality standards


🧠 Must‑Have Traits:
