- Brand Ambassador: Deliver world-class service as the first touchpoint under the Shopbop brand
- Multi-Channel Support: Resolve customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Product & Policy Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of over 500 designer brands, fashion trends, returns, promotions, and international shipping
- Accurate Documentation: Log detailed customer case notes; provide insights via quantitative and qualitative data
- Collaboration: Coordinate with external shipping carriers and internal teams to resolve domestic and international issues

- Experience: 2+ years in luxury retail, contact center, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles
- Communication Skills: Articulate, empathetic, and adept at de-escalating complex interactions
- Tech & Math Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and processing refunds/promotions accurately
- Home Office Ready: Equipped workspace with high-speed, wired internet and noise-free environment—camera on request
