As a Customer Support Team Lead, you’ll coach and empower a team of support agents to deliver exceptional service to our 60,000+ professionals—ensuring we maintain our reputation for quality and efficiency across every shift.

This role is part of our Worker Operations division, where you’ll play a hands-on role in performance coaching, escalation management, and process improvement—while championing a customer-first mindset.


✅ What You’ll Do

• Provide ongoing coaching and quality feedback to agents based on metrics and customer interactions
• Ensure your team hits quality, productivity, and attendance goals
• Handle complex customer escalations with clarity and empathy
• Conduct performance monitoring and maintain coaching logs
• Lead with data—using tools like Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect
• Manage schedules, enforce accountability, and recognize high-potential agents
• Foster team growth through delegation, development, and team-building initiatives
• Drive a culture of learning, performance, and customer centricity


🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of team coaching experience in a customer support environment
• 2+ years of management experience with direct reports
• 2+ years of hands-on customer service experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• A track record of setting and achieving SMART goals
• Adaptability and calm under pressure
• A customer-first mindset with strong process knowledge
• Ability to work EST & PST overlapping hours and weekends as needed
