🧠 About the Role
We’re hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives to work from the comfort and safety of your own home! This role is perfect for problem solvers who love connecting with people, creating impact, and being part of a growing team. You’ll assist customers via inbound calls, chats, and/or emails, delivering positive and memorable interactions every time.
🖥️ Note: While the position is remote, interviews will be conducted on-site. All necessary hardware and equipment will be provided by IntouchCX.

- Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication
- Resolve issues and provide solutions with confidence and care
- Stay up to date on all products and services to provide accurate support
- Contribute to team goals with punctuality, performance, and a positive attitude
✅ What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work independently and effectively from home
- Availability for a full-time schedule (varied shifts may apply)
- Must be located in Winnipeg, MB
