  • Fully remote, U.S.-based (residents of AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI)
  • Salary range: $60,000–$78,000/year, based on experience
  • Tier-1 and Tier-2 IT support in a cloud-first environment

🔎 What You’ll Own:

  • Provide first-line support for hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS
  • Manage user accounts: provisioning, deprovisioning, and access in Entra ID
  • Troubleshoot with remote tools while logging and resolving tickets
  • Handle device setup, maintenance, and regular patching (CIS benchmarks)
  • Escalate complex issues and partner with IT leadership
  • Support onboarding/offboarding—devices, accounts, access
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support audits
  • Contribute to process improvements and craft self-help documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation for nights/weekends/holidays

  • 3+ years of IT support experience (remote/decentralized preferred)
  • Proficiency with Windows & macOS, basic networking, Entra ID, remote tools
  • Familiarity with Intune or Kandji for device management
  • Experience with ticketing systems and basic ITIL processes
  • Proactive, detail-focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
