We’re looking for a Member Success Associate to help power our growing support team. This isn’t your average support job. You’ll be the voice of Function—handling escalations, guiding members with clarity and compassion, and shaping the future of how we care for our community.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- 💬 Handle high-touch member interactions across email, chat, text, and phone
- 🧠 Troubleshoot lab results, orders, and health concerns with urgency and empathy
- 🔧 Spot trends, recommend product improvements, and streamline support processes
- 📚 Build self-serve resources and improve internal tools and macros
- 🧭 Support strategic initiatives like scaling our knowledge base and piloting new workflows

- 🗓 Have 3+ years of experience in support (preferably health or startup-related)
