  • Fully remote (U.S.-based, any state)
  • Full-time, core shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST
  • Pay range: $18.00–$20.00/hour

🔎 What You’ll Own:

  • Handle inbound member calls, live chat, and messages—professionally and compassionately
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to confirm resolution
  • Triage and de-escalate difficult calls with emotional intelligence
  • Make outbound calls to members, labs, and pharmacies as part of program workflows
  • Use Calibrate’s app and systems to access member data, update records, and track outcomes
  • Document every exchange accurately, escalating as needed
  • Work with teammates across departments to hit SLAs and keep workflows humming
  • Represent Calibrate’s values—empathy, ownership, and optimism—with every interaction

  • High school diploma or equivalent
