- Fully remote (U.S.-based, any state)
- Full-time, core shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST
- Pay range: $18.00–$20.00/hour
🔎 What You’ll Own:
- Handle inbound member calls, live chat, and messages—professionally and compassionately
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to confirm resolution
- Triage and de-escalate difficult calls with emotional intelligence
- Make outbound calls to members, labs, and pharmacies as part of program workflows
- Use Calibrate’s app and systems to access member data, update records, and track outcomes
- Document every exchange accurately, escalating as needed
- Work with teammates across departments to hit SLAs and keep workflows humming
- Represent Calibrate’s values—empathy, ownership, and optimism—with every interaction

🧠Must-Have Traits & Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in high-volume customer or member support—experience in hospitality, healthcare, or early-stage startups preferred job-boards.greenhouse.io
- Strong verbal and written communication—empathetic, clear, and kind
