✅ Full-time, shift: 11:30 am–8:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday
✅ Early-career: customer/member support needed (0–3+ years)
🧠Experience Level: High school diploma or equivalent; CRM/omnichannel exposure valued
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Handle high volume of inbound member calls, chats, and messages—always professional and empathetic
• Resolve member inquiries promptly, following up until issues are fully addressed
• De-escalate tense situations with calm confidence
• Make outbound calls (labs, pharmacies, members) as part of workflows
• Accurately document interactions and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with team members, coaching, and medical staff to meet SLAs
• Collect member feedback to help shape the member experience
🧠Must-Have Traits:
• Empathy-forward communicator, written and verbal
• Tech-savvy and comfortable toggling multiple systems (EHR, EHR, CRM)
• Strong multitasking under pressure
• Incredible attention to detail and accountability as a remote self-starter
• Experience in hospitality, support, or startup environments is a plus
