🔎 What You’ll Own
• Provide empathetic, proactive support via phone, text, and email to patients using home cardiac monitoring equipment
• Schedule appointments, document interactions, and complete accurate data entry across multiple systems
• Monitor connectivity issues and troubleshoot patient device problems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—leadership, clinical and technical teams—for seamless patient experience
• Assist with projects, improving workflows and escalating issues as needed

• Empathy and patience for sensitive medical communications
• Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage shifting priorities remotely
• Basic cardiology knowledge—or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfort with EHRs, remote monitoring systems, and complex tech environments
• High-school diploma or GED required; healthcare or technical certifications preferred
