• Full-time team lead role supporting healthcare call center operations
• Compensation: $16.88–$25.51/hr, depending on experience and location


🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Lead & Measure: Track staffing, productivity, attendance, and performance metrics daily/weekly/monthly
• Coach & Develop: Mentor team members in billing workflows and process quality
• Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot patient billing concerns with urgency and empathy
• Train & Onboard: Educate staff on systems, process updates, and best practices
• Champion Patient Focus: Model professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions
