Join GRT Financial as a Client Retention Specialist and be the guiding voice for clients just starting their debt resolution journey. You’ll be their trusted point of contact during the crucial early months, helping them feel seen, supported, and confident in the process. If you have retention or sales experience in a high-volume call center—and you know how to lead with empathy—you’ll thrive here.


✅ What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls and conduct follow-ups with new clients
• Own the relationship during early program phases, building trust and confidence
• Respond to objections, offer solutions, and navigate client concerns
• Explain services clearly and accurately
• Use CRM tools to update client status and notes
• Meet retention goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams and share insights to improve support


🧠 What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of retention or call center experience
• Active listening skills and high emotional intelligence
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to overcome objections and control conversations gracefully
• Intermediate math and typing skills
• Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps minimum) and Wi-Fi access
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup
