• Serve as the primary touchpoint for parent-clients—listen, empathize, and resolve concerns quickly
• Build lasting relationships with parents and students to drive satisfaction and trust
• Answer queries via phone, email, and WeChat
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and deliver a seamless customer journey


🧠 Must‑Have Traits:
• Prior customer service or face-to-face experience preferred
• Friendly, articulate communicator—verbal and written
