About the Role
Local Splash is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve account matters, process updates, and provide proactive support to ensure every client interaction is seamless. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, fully remote environment while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.


Position Details

  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PST (no weekends)
  • Location: 100% remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to client emails promptly
  • Handle account updates, billing questions, order adjustments, and cancellations
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
  • Provide proactive outreach and follow-up with clients
  • Identify issues, escalate when needed, and track key metrics
  • Support daily operational tasks

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with advanced computer and multitasking abilities
  • Customer support and/or sales experience
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Google Docs and Spreadsheets
  • Ability to type 30–50 WPM
  • Consistent reliability and punctuality

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads Certification or background
  • Advanced local SEO knowledge
  • Quality control experience
